Getting Started

UP has created a quick reference guide to help you get started, as well as a list of printer assignments (called LATA's) and circ-7 location codes for each station.

Reporting Problems

If you receive an error message from the UP Web site, please contact Union Pacific's Online System Services at 402-544-5555 or toll-free 1-800-621-8953.

User ID and Password Questions

You need a Union Pacific User ID and password to access the Foreign Railroads Web site – the same User ID and password used to access TCS, TSO and other mainframe functions.

If you cannot login with your User ID or password, call UP at 402-544-5555 or 1-800-621-8953. Select option 1, then option 3 to access the automated system for assistance.

Browsers

What browsers does UP support?
"Browsers supported by UP" has more information.

I get a message that the "Security certificate for this site has been revoked." What's wrong?
Usually this means that your Internet Explorer browser is remembering some old information.

This will clean up any expired information from your computer.

Viewing PDF Files
To view PDF files you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in which is standard on Company computers. If you do not have this plug-in at home, it is available as a free download from the Adobe Web site. DO NOT install this plug-in or any other vendor software on a UP-owned and supported workstation; instead, please contact your LLA.
